Meet the Artist

Hello everyone!

My name is Jordan Kiefer and I am the artist and crafter behind Kiefer Krafts. I live north of Dallas, in the Texas Prairie Country, and I am a Texan through and through. I am currently saving up to either purchase a bigger apartment or a small home to help with the production of the items that I sell. Right now, my workspace is the desk in my room and the dining room in my parent’s house. 😂 Ideally, I would love a whole space/room dedicated to arts and crafts, but alas, that is not a reality quite yet.

I have always been a creative individual, and over the years, I have honed and developed the skills that help me make new and exciting items. I am also someone who has trouble saying no and wanting to do everything, so I am always ready to learn a new hobby. One type of crafting that I am practicing right now is calligraphy and hand lettering.

In addition to a love of crafting, I enjoy traveling all across the country and the world. I have so many places to go on my bucket list, and one item on the list is to visit all of the seven continents. As of right now, I have checked off two - North America and Europe - and I am in the (very beginning) planning stages of either going to South America or Australia next. I will post stories from my travels on this blog when I come across unique products and goods from other countries because I love learning about and experiencing different cultures.
