Do you accept returns and exchanges?
I gladly accept returns and exchanges if there are errors/damages to your item(s). The buyer must provide picture(s) of the error/damage. Contact me within 14 days of delivery and ship items back within 30 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Digital products and downloads
What is your policy on customs and import taxes?
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
What if there is a default or mistake in my order?
If, by an unlikely twist of fate, you find default or error in your order (misspelling, damage, etc.,) please get in touch with me within three weeks of your order delivery to arrange a replacement or refund.
When will my order ship?
Turnaround time is stated in the message to the buyer after checkout. The exact date that your order will ship is on your invoice. Shipping within the US can take between 3-6 business days, depending on your location.
How do I enter customization information?
Please write your customization information in the "Add a note to Kiefer Krafts" comment box when viewing your cart at check out. Be sure to double-check spelling!
